Q.5: How to Merge cell?
Ans.:
         ►Select some cells.
Click Format ( into menu bar)
A new list will open and then click Cells.
A new box will open and then click Alignment.
►Click Merge Cells.
►Click OK.

Q.6: How to Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication & Division in the MS Excel?
Ans.:

Addition:
          ►Open MS Excel street sheet.
►Write any number in to any cell.
►Click necessary cell.
►Write additional formula [=Sum (A1+B1)].
►If cell is many then write this formula
    [=Sum (A1:E1)]
►Then click ENTER button.

Subtraction:
►Write any number in to any cell.
►Click necessary cell.
►Write Subtractional formula [=Sum (A1-B1)].
►Then click ENTER button.

Multiplication:
►Write any number in to any cell.
►Click necessary cell.
►Write [=Sum (A1-B1)].
►Then click ENTER button.



Division:
►Write any number in to any cell.
►Click necessary cell.
►Write Divisional formula [=Sum (A1/B1)].
►Then click ENTER button.
        ►Saving this file click Cntl+S.

Q.7: How to create a student information sheet of a collage?
Ans.:
          ►Open MS Excel.
        ►Select some cells.
        ►Click Merge Cells into menu bar.
        ►Write institution name.
        ►Write Id no., Student name, Group, Roll no., Registration no., Father name, Mother name, etc.
          ►Entry All cells.
        ►Saving this file click Cntl+S.

Q.8: How to create a student result sheet of a collage?
Ans.:
          ►Open MS Excel.
        ►Select some cells.
        ►Click Merge Cells into menu bar.
        ►Write institution name, Examination name etc.
        ► Write into cell Registration, Roll No., Group, Bangla, English, Math, Computer, Agriculture, Physics & Total, Result etc.
          ►Entry All cells.
        ►Click in Total cell and write additional formula for all subject.
          ►Click Result cell and write grading formula then click enter.
        ►Drag to all result cells in a column.
        ►Saving this file click Cntl+S.

Ans.:
          ►Open MS Excel.
        ►Select some cells.
        ►Click Merge Cells into menu bar.
        ►Write institution name etc.
          ►Write into cell I.D. no. Section, Employer name, address , rank, salary, house rent, bonus, absent, total, remark etc.
          ►Entry All cells.
          ►Click total cell and write additional formula for salary, house rent, bonus cells.
        ►Saving this file click Cntl+S.

Ans.:
          ►Open MS Excel.
        ►Select some cells.
        ►Click Merge Cells into menu bar.
        ►Write institution name.
        ►Write into cells M. Num. employer name, date, total unit, unit rate, bill, fine, total amount, remark.
        ►Entry cells.
        ►Click bill cell and multiplying total unit and unit rate.
        ►Click total cell and adding bill and fine cells.
        ►Saving this file click Cntl+S.
